Mothers Circle

This group is designed to help support, and surround mothers/parents/caregivers (whether it’s your first or fifth time!) with other folks on the same journey. The goal of this group is zero judgement, and full transparency as we connect in the struggles, and joys of parenthood together!

All people who identify as mothers are welcome. That includes young mothers, grandmothers, pregnant mothers, women who are currently trying to become mothers, grieving mothers, trans and non-binary mothers, foster mothers, honorary mothers, godmothers and community mothers. If you mother someone, you are welcome here.

The circle meets twice a month for six months, in a cozy, relaxed environment and provides lots of opportunities for deeper connection and friendship around hot drinks, and good food.

One Saturday morning each month is held in a beautiful gallery setting and welcomes mothers and their nursing infants only so that you know each month you will have a safe space to fully vent or process as needed without distraction, as well as enjoy some art therapy. The second Saturday morning is at my home (large back garden when the weather allows!) and all kiddos are welcome to join. This meetup is less structured, a big community pile of joy, with space for little ones to play and run while the parents catch up.

Both locations in the Searsport/Belfast area. All are welcome from near and far!

If you are interested in joining the mothers circle, you can do so below! Spaces are filled first come, first serve. Enrollment for the next circle will begin April 2023. Summer/Autumn circle will meet from May to October.
